Role Overview:

The Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of Yonalink systems by our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of EDC and all eClinical systems, strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Expertise:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Yonalink systems and their applications in clinical trials operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Yonalink technology.
  1. Pre-sale Activities:
  • Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients to showcase the capabilities of Yonalink systems.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions using Yonalink technology.
  1. Training and Support:
  • Provide comprehensive product training to clients and new team members on Yonalink systems and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain instructional content, including video tutorials and user guides, to assist clients and team members in using Yonalink technology effectively.
  1. Configuration and Testing:
  • Configure EDC systems according to client specifications for new projects.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system configurations made by other team members to ensure quality and functionality.
  1. Project Oversight:
  • Oversee Yonalink vendors and projects to ensure they meet quality, timeline, and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
  1. Industry Representation:
  • Represent Yonalink at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to stay updated on industry trends and foster relationships with potential clients and partners.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and clinical trial technology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members on technical concepts and software applications.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, conferences, and events as needed.
  • Experience in vendor management, client relations, or healthcare/clinical research is a plus.
